Ever pick the wrong tool for the job?? Yes, I certainly have or just did not have the right one with me. This often does not end well and sometimes, if not often ends in injury. People operating in the wrong place can also have similar results. Talking today about those who are meant to be pioneers and those who are meant to be part of an existing operation. Knowing who you are and what you are designed to do is so important.
